Terms and Condition

Registration & Payment

1. Enrollment is only confirmed after full payment is successfully completed.

2. Payments must be made before the Virtual Account (VA) expiry time.

3. If the VA expires, the payment cannot be processed and your registration will be considered incomplete.

4. Seats are limited and secured on a first-paid basis. Failure to complete payment may result in losing your spot.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are not available for personal reasons, including change of plans or decision not to participate.

2. A full refund will only be issued if the issue is caused by Infinite Learning (e.g., program cancellation or major technical issues preventing participation).

Special Pricing (University Partnership)

1. If your university is not yet an Infinite Learning partner, you may still be eligible for special pricing by initiating a partnership (MoU/MoA).

2. By registering, you agree that Infinite Learning may contact your university to discuss this collaboration.

Program Access

1. Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable.

2. Sharing accounts or login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Participants will receive access according to the program terms (e.g., lifetime or limited duration).

Certificate Eligibility

1. Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet the minimum completion requirements, including course progress and/or assignments.

2. No certificate will be issued for incomplete participation.

Code of Conduct

1. Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

2. Any form of misconduct, including harassment, cheating, or plagiarism, may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

1. All course materials, including videos, modules, and resources, are the property of Infinite Learning.

2. Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without permission.

Technical Responsibility

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have stable internet access and compatible devices.

2. Infinite Learning is not responsible for disruptions caused by personal technical issues.

Program Changes

1. Infinite Learning reserves the right to adjust schedule, instructors, or content when necessary.

2. Participants will be informed of significant changes where possible.

Limitation of Liability

1. Infinite Learning is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond control.

2. Participation in the program does not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.
